All support for UnrealIRCd 5 ended on July 1, 2023. There will be no further releases or fixes, also no security fixes. Upgrade to UnrealIRCd 6!

Still using UnrealIRCd 5?

If you are still using UnrealIRCd 5.x then you should upgrade ASAP to UnrealIRCd 6. The configuration file requires only a few small changes. See the article Upgrading from 5.x for full information.

If you are using third party modules, then check with your vendor or on modules.unrealircd.org if they have been ported to 6.x. Otherwise, you can post the module source on the modules forum and ask if someone is kind enough to convert the module to 6.x.
