High connection rate detected
Cause
You may receive warning like this:
[warn] High rate of connection attempts detected: 1001 exceeds 1000: some functionality is disabled. This could be an attack, or lots of genuine users connecting after a network outage. [warn] This message will appear every 10 minutes for as long as this is the case. You will NOT get a notification if all is normal again (which is evaluated every 5 seconds).
